Walk in yesterday and was greeted with a dirty look from a lady and a younger man. I proceeded to greet them by saying hello and was completely ignored. Once I started to look around the younger man at least came over to see if we needed anything but the woman continued to stare without saying a word. Was super uncomfortable so I left right away.

We had a wonderful experience today! We got a great deal on gold and the customer service was excellent. Vikram was very patient and took the time to show us some really beautiful pieces. Highly recommend this place!!!!!

I had an amazing experience at Maya Gold Jewellers! The staff were super friendly, and Vickey was especially helpful—he went out of his way to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. The whole store had a really good vibe, and everyone made me feel very welcomed. I ended up buying a beautiful gold bracelet that I absolutely love. The quality is great and it looks stunning. I definitely recommend Maya Gold Jewellers to anyone looking for a new piece of gold jewelry. Five stars for sure! (love from Vancouver!!)
