I HIGHLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Not only were my bridesmaids dress not ready in time, I literally showed up everyday to not even get an exact answer on when they were going to be in! You will call and not get your emails/calls returned! Oh and when we were suppose to get our money back for alterations, 3 out of the 5 checks bounced!! Horrible company all around. Luckily I was on top of things and got my dress and my bridesmaids dress in time for the wedding day, but I am afraid I wouldn't have received them... read more
What is going on with your business? I just drove to Ghent to pick up my consignment dresses after getting a call on Monday to pull up to a completely empty store with a for lease sign on the window! And then called your main number that I JUST got a call from Monday and the line is disconnected. Where are my dresses and what is the correct number to call?
