this company and their agent FA insurance are scammers be careful , They have cancelled my insurance as they says They haven’t got my payment meanwhile I have the receipt that I paid on time. They have told me Sorry that your policy was a mistakenly cancelled but it can’t be reversed or reinstate that were only a day difference between the cancellation and the callback I have all the document to approve it. they also said If I needed it A policy I have to purchase a new one which will cost me $1200 extra in premium. This is hands down one of the most unprofessional organizations. The staff were rude, sarcastic, and completely uninterested in doing their jobs. The overall attitude was hostile and dismissive, which says everything about how poorly this company is run. Absolute waste of time and money. Zero stars if that were an option

Accident was 25 days ago and the claim has gone no where. Today the adjuster called and stated we never responded to a packet that was sent, absurdly false. All documentation was provided via email which now they claim they don’t have access to. Horrible experience.
