A cold, uncompassionate provider, has no patience. All she does is go over notes at physicals and appts. My annual was a worthless waste of my time. She gets expressly frustrated with patients who have more issues than she likes. I was patiently waiting to discuss my relevant health issues, but never got there. When I did ask about a couple of new issues, she grew aggitated and yelled at me and told me I was only allowed to discuss issues one each at seperate appointments. After 20+ years of excellent care from Dr. Fan, my daughter and I continue to drive to Sisters for our primary medical care even though we now live in Bend. The office staff is attentive and personable. We always feel valued and welcomed. I always feel inspired and encouraged after visiting with Dr. Fan. She listens, is always kind and doesn't hesitate to look at options for health care that fits your particular needs.
