Unresponsive it has been over a week I still do not have a gate code to get in and out. They have a contract with Hotwire Communications to provide internet who does not bother to show for appointments. Do not move into a place managed by this company I move frequently for work and this has been the most miserable experience. At my formed home the HOA was quick responsive had efficient disaster response after a hurricane, unfortunately I’m now stuck with May
I wish i could give zero stars to this clown show. They are impossible to get in touch with. Charging over $130 a month for what amounts to lawn care. I can cut my own grass for less than that. There are no amenities in this community. They are robbing us blind. Someone is pocketing money. When I ask for a copy of the bylaws to see what is required to get them out of the community, they refuse.
As a home owner these past years living in the development has been the worst experience dealing with May Management .They still have yet to resolve any issues I have brought to there attention .My home has been broken into 3 times ,car broken into twice ,my mother has been attacked right outside my door I am in fear to leave my home for too long .They do not keep up the upkeep as their bylaws state they should .I have asked for a fence to be repaired that leads to a open field and another neighborhood where people liter the... read more
