A real bummer of a company if you live in one of their communities. I can never get answers on the phone because they endlessly transfer you to voicemails that never get returned. You have to go to the office and even then, you’ll get incorrect info. Question? Leave a VM. Billing inquiry? Leave a VM. Barcode not working so you can’t gain access to the community? Leave a VM. None of them ever get answered but that’s not their concern. As long as it appears that they’re working, that’s enough for them.

I am giving this company one star only because I can’t give less. They manage my son’s condominium in Palm Coast and serve as the HOA for the Shangri-La community. This company unfairly raised rates and failed to properly notify my son before sending his account to collections. Despite several requests, they have been unable to provide proof that any notice was sent or that a fair opportunity was given for him to pay the increased dues.
