I paid for the $150 service, and it definitely was NOT worth the $150. It was not very relaxing - there are no individual rooms. You are in a big room with sheets separating beds - I could hear the entire conversation the customer next to me had with their tech. Loud and not what you want to hear during a "relaxing" service. The scalp massage was fine. The "facial" was decent. The massage was not good. I initially visited using a gift card and really enjoyed the experience, which is why I decided to purchase a gift card for a friend. While she said the service itself was fine, she mentioned that the massage therapist was watching a show on her phone with earbuds in during the session. I was very disappointed to hear this, as I felt that was completely unprofessional and detracted from what should be a focused, relaxing experience.
