I had an overall good experience, the hair washing was the best part with the halo (I got the 105 min). I loved my technician but there would be a few things I would have loved to give that 5 star… the ‘facial’ was hardly a facial, she put a mask on, washed it, put a few other things on my face and did a quick motion face massage. I would have liked a better facial massage technique or even if they used some massage tools. Fantastic experience. After traveling on a long flight, I booked a spa appointment to deal with my dry scalp. It was sooo relaxing. Now my hair is soo smooth and my scalp feels so much better. Highly recommend!

Had such a wonderful experience here yesterday. Was seated to receive a scalp exam as soon as I walked through the doors, even though I was 10 minutes early. The environment is very calming and peaceful. The coverup you dress into was warm. The treatment was very thorough and my hair felt super soft and glossy. I did have to wash my hair again because the oil they added into my hair made it very greasy and my hair just looked wet. I appreciated the time they took for everything.
