Overall I really have enjoyed this convenient optometry office, located close to home. The staff, sales associates handling glasses and all Dr's are competent, friendly and excellent in customer service. There is one huge liability in the practice and that is partner/dr. David H. Hettler. He is very competent in his knowledge of his specialized areas, but he is outright inappropriate and straight out abusive in his treatment of me (I assume many other patients as well) and all who were there assisting that day.
