very nice and friendly staff,explained everything very well.
I have made 5 calls to rectify a billing issue to no avail. Getting a call back from the office manager whom I told just needs to submit a form seems impossible. My daughter was there in June 2025, we paid our portion for her new glasses and all was well until Dec 2025 when I was notified of an outstanding balance. Apparently anti reflective coating was added which wasn’t requested and nor covered by insurance which they should have known since they had my coverage pulled up. I am so happy to have found Clarkson Eyecare. I have been coming here for several years, and I always have a good experience. The front desk is helpful, Dr. Young is great with the eye exam and explaining how my eyes are doing, and Jordan was very helpful picking out my new frames. The whole experience is good and efficient.
