I had my first appointment with Dr Hettler this morning and I was very impressed. He has a warm personality, he is knowledgeable and he communicates very well. The exam was quick and efficient. Dr’s May and Hettler accepted my insurance and there was absolutely no pressure to sell me anything. None. Go to most any optometrist and the focus is always on the up-sell. Not here.
