This company has been wonderful this far. The techs are friendly and do a good job. They are also great about scheduling. So much better than the last company I used.
Mike is the Man! Had moderate come out and still had a problem! Mike with Mays come over and did more in 30 min than Modern did in 3 months! Thanks Mike and Mays team. Highly recommended and telling all our friends.

Never showed up to the scheduled appointment. I even left work early to make sure that I had some dialogue with the exterminator. What made it worse was the fact that I confirmed the morning of with the receptionist and expressed how urgent this visit was. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
Tracy with May Exterminating is just the best! We live in New Bern and she has been taking care of our home and property for over the past year. She always takes time out of her day to answer any questions we have and always goes above and beyond…she is always flexible and works around our schedules and it’s obvious she’s great at what she does.
