Mike Boone arrived today for our exterior and interior inspection. He had sent a previous message letting us know when he would be here. His appointment time conflicted with another appointment on the same day. Mike came early to accommodate our schedule. Mike is always very professional, well dressed (didn't look like he slept in his uniform) courteous and friendly. Today, as every July, Mike Boone shows up on time and in a very pleasant mood. I really appreciate his courtesy and professionalism.
