After seeing a water bug in my house this past week I was on a mission early this morning. We have not needed any exterminating services in years so we were not set up with a company. However we use Mays for our termite control and so I started with them after googling exterminators. A live person answered the phone without having to pick any options. If pests had a worst nightmare, it would be Jon at May Exterminating. From the moment they arrived, they were totally on point—professional, punctual, and ready to squash the problem. Update: When I called because of the service we received prior (read below), and to let them know our pest issues had increased because of it, the office was HUGELY helpful. They were apologetic, got the quarterly service set up, and scheduled us with a new tech, who had no issues calling and scheduling a time. When he arrived he was so kind and thorough, and friendly!
