Mike is the Man! Had moderate come out and still had a problem! Mike with Mays come over and did more in 30 min than Modern did in 3 months! Thanks Mike and Mays team. Highly recommended and telling all our friends.

Never showed up to the scheduled appointment. I even left work early to make sure that I had some dialogue with the exterminator. What made it worse was the fact that I confirmed the morning of with the receptionist and expressed how urgent this visit was. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
Tracy with May Exterminating is just the best! We live in New Bern and she has been taking care of our home and property for over the past year. She always takes time out of her day to answer any questions we have and always goes above and beyond…she is always flexible and works around our schedules and it’s obvious she’s great at what she does. I’ve been working with this company for over a year. Usually service is great. As of lately, I’ve had issues with scheduling for service which has caused a major inconvenience for me as the customer. After speaking with the scheduling coordinator, Jenny, we are now working toward a resolution that will be beneficial to both parties.
