I contacted May to come out and do pest control since they do our yearly termite inspections. Danielle was wonderful on the phone, I was set up and scheduled the very next day with James. James is wonderful! I noticed a more than usual amount of bugs with the weather we’ve had. I contacted the office, Danielle was very understanding, accommodated our scheduling. James reached out the night prior, stated when he would be there. He arrived on time as usual and very efficient.
After seeing a water bug in my house this past week I was on a mission early this morning. We have not needed any exterminating services in years so we were not set up with a company. However we use Mays for our termite control and so I started with them after googling exterminators. A live person answered the phone without having to pick any options. If pests had a worst nightmare, it would be Jon at May Exterminating. From the moment they arrived, they were totally on point—professional, punctual, and ready to squash the problem.
