Update: When I called because of the service we received prior (read below), and to let them know our pest issues had increased because of it, the office was HUGELY helpful. They were apologetic, got the quarterly service set up, and scheduled us with a new tech, who had no issues calling and scheduling a time. When he arrived he was so kind and thorough, and friendly! I made a horrible mistake! After being with May Exterminators for YEARS! I got sweet- talked by a door to door salesman to switch to HAWX… “come with us” they said, “it will be fun” they said. WRONG. I have had a terrible experience with them thus far. You know that old saying “you don’t know what you have til its gone?” MAN, AINT THAT THE TRUTH. We purchased a new build a year ago and started getting calls which raised a lot of questions for my husband and I. Quentin was very patient and understanding and took the time to answer all our questions and address our concerns before coming onsite to inspect. Thank you Quentin for outstanding customer service!
John just showed up, right on time. Always very nice and very professional. Even with our chihuahua, Walter, who is horrible. John is a great representative for the company. Highly recommend!
