I tried reaching out to their customer service multiple times, but they never responded. It's frustrating and shows a lack of care for their customers. I was sent to this “house” not automotive shop by my finance company for repairs and not once did I receive a response once I turned my vehicle in. No updates whatsoever. They pass my car that had missing 2 wheel studs/nut and a torn wiper blade. They told the person that took my car for inspection that it is safe to drive with 3 lug nuts only... I'm pretty sure all lug nuts has to be there to pass inspection and I also know wiper blade has to be in good conditions cause I failed couple time with my other cars for wipers. This going to dps.
