my son and i rented a budget truck from port arthur nov 25 and dropped off here. This whole entire experience has been beyond horrible and super inconvenient. We had to change the name to my son, whos 21, because i couldnt get there until Thanksgiving day. So for him to drive the truck 4 miles to the house, we got charged an underage fee. Then another charge for additional driver for me to drive it. The truck barely drove. It leaked all over all of our stuff and everything got soaked.
