I joined this gym in November 2018. The staff is amazing. The gym is kept very clean. The cardio equipment is good. I like that they have a CrossFit section and old school iron plates. Definitely not a commercial gym. I love that I can come at any time of the day within their working hours and not have to wait for equipment. I highly recommend giving this gym a try.

Horrible horrible place to go. People aren't nice at all!! I got kicked out due to the fact that I accidentally walked into the woman's washroom 🤦
