This spot offers some of the best full body workout classes and personal training sessions that I've participated in yet. It's a fully equipped gym for those who appreciate solo workouts as well. I attend Jill's classes mostly and feel like I get the best results and feel the most accomplished after each class. #teammaxxfitallday

Friendly and knowledgeable owner. Instructors are caring and supportive. The members are encouraging. Small facility, but big on inspiration.
I highly recommend Coach Chris! He was a huge part of my son’s success after he tore his ACL doing pre and post rehab. Also helping him develop good eating habits and strength training. If your child is a total athlete I would recommend you checking him out.
MaxxFit gym is where I take my two boys to work out and get ready for football. For the last year we have been working with Chris to help develop my boys. I like the gym because the trainers know what they’re talking about and you can see results as both of my boys are having amazing seasons in JV and varsity. It’s a friendly atmosphere with real accountability to work hard and hustle. We will be coming back to MaxxFit for the off-season work out.
