With the last 2 days of cold and a poorly placed and insulated part of my home, I had a water pipe burst and soak my basement. I called around 10:30pm and was told they would have someone out in the next hour to hour and a half. Sure enough at 11:30 they arrived and knocked on my door. They did a great job of calming me and getting right to work. Glad I took a chance and called a non franchise company. Great company and great customer service !
I hired Maxx Restoration to renovate my bathroom. Scott was knowledgeable and provided great options for me to consider as we designed the bathroom. The quote was extremely fair and came in much lower than 5 other quotes with local companies. The crew was friendly and professional. They did a great job and stayed on time and on budget. Scott was so helpful in getting our flooded basement back in shape after our sump pump went out. They were able to come out late on a weekend to remove all the water and get everything dried out! They were also super helpful in the remodeling process as well. Highly recommend!
What a great experience. From showing up on time to take the bid, To the work getting done. Everything was done professionally and promptly even a call back to see how the project went, and if we were satisfied with the project was a nice relief. I would definitely use these guys again in the future.
