Ok, being fair: - Property is nice, almost clean. The Property seems to be clean while you don't look through the bushes. - Work: maintenance people and Management, local and corporate, meet Peter's Principle. The woman that work as manager while I was working is by far the worst person I ever know, lack of management, knowledge and manners depend on the weather, so good look. I am writing to warn ANY POTENTIAL TENANTS of the safety concerns within the Deerpath On The Lake community. I had an incident at the pool on 06.27.2023 in which I had been threatened by multiple people (ALL CAUGHT ON CAMERA) and have left 6 voicemails over 3 WEEKS for Michelle Bravo in attempt to get this issue resolved along with the fact they have charged their tenants for water leaks on property and refuse to make this right, THIS IS ILLEGAL! Elena is an amazing leasing agent! Maintenance is very attentive and they seem to be making upgrades to the units and property. Golf course on one side is beautiful and very dog friendly. New roofing, pavement, constantly landscaping and on top of it. Great amenities and convenient to i95, Target, CVS, TMOBILE, wells fargo, at&t, Publix, and Starbucks all within 1 mile or so... love it here. Two pools, steam and sayna, billiards and bowling alley, tennis court, beach volleyball and playground will get redone soon.
