Your corporate practices are ridiculous. Around April or May 2016, I signed a roommate adendum removing my ABUSIVE ex boyfriend from the lease. February 28 2017 I moved out. April 16 2017 I finally got the deposit check by mail. It had his name on it still. When he legally waived ALL rights to that deposit. There is no legal reason that he should have been included on that deposit return. I called the office (Willowcreek, Omaha NE) and requested a re-print. Rude. Disrespectful. Arrogant. They tried to tell me that my side of the story was not accurate because "It didn't match up with the police report" AND they will not take anything off of my rent due to their outside ac unit consistently freezing up. They need to be shut down! At Fox Valley.
Rude, disrespectful, unprofessional. The leasing office staff always act like you are bothering them or like they have something else they would rather be doing. That is of course assuming that they are there at ALL. I went in on a Tuesday at 11:00 in the morning and they weren't there. I would be more than happy to change my review if the staff of Willow Creek Apts pulls their heads out of their asses.
