I paid $139 to Max Properties and Baker Tower for an application fee and I was told I was approved. Unfortunately right afterwards everyone disappeared including Manager Phyllis Aragon.I could only get hold of a temp who was unable and could only relay messages. After a week of futile efforts I found a new place to move into and when I finally was able to get a hold of Baker Tower, Maxx Realties, and Phillis Aragon refused to refund of my application fee and deposit.
Horrendous experience here at 300 e 17th. Does anyone have an email for a GM or similar at Maxx Properties?
Avoid at all costs, because it will cost you more. They have been charging me significantly over my lease rate since I renewed it last spring, they were notified dozens of times and multiple employees acknowledged the discrepancy assuring me it would be fixed, it has not, and I have contacted them incessantly for over 8 MONTHS, with no results and equal lack of communication. They prefer to ignore problems, and that one is highly illegal. My fridge has been broken for weeks, they have not acknowledged the work order I put in... read more
