I can never get anyone to answer the phone. Lived at one of their properties and after moving out instead of contacting me directly for final bill payments for electric they submitted me to collections despite having my contact info. Great properties, terrible management.
Maxx Properties is one of the worst Corporate residential companies. No one calls back and they do not answer the phone. Oak Ridge, specifically took my deposit and said I never paid it. Great property management company
POOR COMMUNICATION!! I canceled my move-in for a property they own going on 3 weeks ago! Insurance said they needed a verbal confirmation from the regional manager in order to go ahead and process my refund. Contacted this company multiple times by email and phone about calling the insurance company so I can get my money back. Spoke to OSCAR multiple times and he said he would send an email and call right after he sent the email, obviously he didn’t because the insurance contacted me and said they have NOT received anything ... read more
Surprised that there isn't a lawsuit against MAXX properties yet. They scam everyone and don't care about tenants at all. Karma is real and you guys need a wake up call.
