Literally, I just read about some horrific stuff this property management company does to its residents across multiple decades. I’m floored, and this company should be litigated against. Unreal.
Technician was amazing. The only technician that I've had within the year that cares and fixes the problem on the first time. If you have any problems please ask for Greg Sommers.
I can never get anyone to answer the phone. Lived at one of their properties and after moving out instead of contacting me directly for final bill payments for electric they submitted me to collections despite having my contact info. Great properties, terrible management.
Maxx Properties is one of the worst Corporate residential companies. No one calls back and they do not answer the phone. Oak Ridge, specifically took my deposit and said I never paid it. Lori Williams is a thief. She is the property manager. I will be taking them to court for treble the amount. I will also report them to the BBB and any other entity that I can
