Maxx Supply (Todd) was tremendously helpful in providing insight and guidance when I needed to fabricate a ground sleeve to direct bury a telescoping aluminum pole for mounting my Starlink dish. Maxx Supply was amazing. Their customer service was beyond my expectations. I needed to make a Manifold out of PVC and needed to keep it to a certain size. I spoke with Todd on the phone and told him what I needed. He asked me if I had a drawing of it and if so to email it to him. I did email him the drawing and within 15 minutes he called me back and laid all the pieces out I needed. He also shipped it out same day. This Customer service is hard to find today. He definitely made me a customer for Life.
Fantastic customer service and responsiveness is what you’ll get at MAAX supply and Todd. Follow up is excellent and you won’t be disappointed in anyway! Their product offerings are second to none.
Ordered 401-010 1" Slip x Slip x Slip Tee and received 1 1/2" Emailed twice and call multiple time. Company must be a scam.
Havent even recieved my order yet, but based on customer service and very prompt shipping times, these guys already get 5 stars from me. Placed an order in the evening, the first thing the next morning I had an email from Todd asking to give him a call to make sure everything was correct regarding my order. Turns out I had a few mismatched pieces of cpvc when I meant to order pvc. He caught it before the order went out and corrected the problem immediately.
