I had been looking for a replacement part for about 2 months. I placed an order with Maxx Supply (thinking it was the right part) and then I got a phone call from Todd. Not only did I not order the right part and get a full refund, but he hunted down the right part with a different company for me. Weeks of stress gone! I will be buying from Maxx Supply again and I cannot express the level of integrity I have experienced here. Thank you Todd!
I can't say enough about this place...I was shipped the wrong part and got an email prior to even receiving asking to call them (Friday). My call went to voicemail and before I could leave a message, Todd was calling me back. The part I ordered was unfortuantley on back order but Todd said he'd have me one by Monday morning no matter what. Fed Ex just arrived (Saturday) with the correct part. Thank you for your excellent customer service!
Maxx Supply (Todd) was tremendously helpful in providing insight and guidance when I needed to fabricate a ground sleeve to direct bury a telescoping aluminum pole for mounting my Starlink dish. Maxx Supply was amazing. Their customer service was beyond my expectations. I needed to make a Manifold out of PVC and needed to keep it to a certain size. I spoke with Todd on the phone and told him what I needed. He asked me if I had a drawing of it and if so to email it to him. I did email him the drawing and within 15 minutes he called me back and laid all the pieces out I needed. He also shipped it out same day. This Customer service is hard to find today. He definitely made me a customer for Life.
Fantastic customer service and responsiveness is what you’ll get at MAAX supply and Todd. Follow up is excellent and you won’t be disappointed in anyway! Their product offerings are second to none.
