Ordered 401-010 1" Slip x Slip x Slip Tee and received 1 1/2" Emailed twice and call multiple time. Company must be a scam.
Havent even recieved my order yet, but based on customer service and very prompt shipping times, these guys already get 5 stars from me. Placed an order in the evening, the first thing the next morning I had an email from Todd asking to give him a call to make sure everything was correct regarding my order. Turns out I had a few mismatched pieces of cpvc when I meant to order pvc. He caught it before the order went out and corrected the problem immediately. I ordered some PVC connections from Maxx Supply. It turns out the items I needed were not what I ordered. I contacted them, and they seemed great--they asked me a bunch of questions and told me I would need a specially fabricated item. They said they could have it made for me and then they'd swap the items with the stuff I already purchased. This seemed like a great deal. I waited. I waited. I heard nothing. I emailed them.
