Trevor is a real expert in the home service provider industry. Does in person estimates and all installation work himself. Very nice, easy-going, shows up when he says he's going to, and does outstanding work. I feel lucky to have found him.
I used Maxx Electrical to run power from my house to a new backyard office shed. Our installation team was James and Liam. They did the trenching, installed a new breaker box, and wired the building with new outlets, switches, interior and exterior lights, a wall heater, and a thermostat. I was very pleased with the work they did. They were patient with me in answering my questions and took the time to explain everything to me. I really enjoyed working with this team and would highly recommend Maxx Electrical .
My overall experience with Maxx Electrical Services was fantastic. Tech showed up on time, was very professional, got the job done quickly, and everything worked well after tech was finished. I would definitely recommend Maxx Electrical Services to anyone needing any electrical work done.
I called Maxx Electrical Services this morning for help with wiring for two ceiling fans. The wiring for my original fans and lights was crammed in a junction box and did not look to be correct. These guys fit me into the schedule right away and corrected the fan wiring along with another light that was incorrectly wired into the same box. Efficient, neat, clean, and professional.
5 Stars for our electrician, Keenan. 0 Stars for management blacklisting us as customers by not returning our calls, when we were told by every operator that someone would reach out to us shortly, (told to 'stay by your phone', someone will call but never did). This happened almost 10 times as I tried to get a follow-up. Hanging up on us while we are on wait, supposedly when the operator reviewed our "notes" (we had 10 of them, someone said?) and probably saw a "do not do business with these people" comment.
