THE WORST management company. I’ve been trying to coordinate with the property manager since August 2024 to resolve the massive infestation of roaches and rodents in one of his units, that’s impacting other apartments in the building. Him and his team have continued to ignore myself along with the Board of the building to the point I had to get the city involved.
If I could give a zero, I would. Edit: Since this message, my husband and I have called multiple times over the course of over 2 weeks and still haven’t gotten a response.

Lack of heat during this heating season you report the problem to management and STILL nothing however in February they'll go up on the rent but can't provide HEAT! They go home to a warm home why can't the tentants enjoy the same? Don't get me started on when the apartment needs repairs! Management needs to be updated like the building and chanay she's the BEST!
