Melissa and all the great folks at Maxwell's have always stood ready and willing to help. I'm not originally from the S.E. Mississippi area, so I can tell you it's VERY RARE these days to find a locally-owned repair shop that is actually owned AND OPERATED DAILY by an actual family of qualified mechanics. Charged me way too much and still didn’t fix my vehicle right after having my car sitting for months! Whole time it was something totally different. Will take your money and show no sympathy.
When my car broke down, they were able to get it back on the road and figured out how I could afford it. Even found something that was loose and it sounds better than before it broke. The car works great now. I'd rather use a small family shop like theirs than a chain or a dealership.
