We are from Maryland. In the middle of Missouri our camper's leafspring broke. Two other camper and trailer stores would not help us. Here had the part and took their time to explain what needed to be done. Grateful to them for actually helping us and getting us on our way!
Purchased my gooseneck hitch from them.They have all your trailer needs.From flatbed,enclosed van to horse trailers.
Took my 10 year old trailer in to have it checked out and a few things fixed. The quote was high because we were anticipating some things needing to be replaced or overhauled. Luckily the final bill was 1/3 of the quoted cost because we didn't need to do everything we thought which was great. They painted it for me since it was faded and there were some bare spots that were starting to surface rust. It looks new again. Everyone was super friendly and the quality of work is fantastic. Will definitely be back!
Recently took a 24' flatbed to the Columbia location, both parties agreed on list of repair items and $ limit not to exceed. A simple request to be contacted when invoice reached 1000$ for approval to go beyond. Request was confirmed multiple times with multiple employees. BUT we were not contacted. And when it was picked up, not only was the ticket not created yet... the total was 1350$. AND all the items we agreed to be done were not completed.
