We finally found a commercial HVAC company that really cares. Our showroom AC unit failed last week in the extreme heat. We contacted Maxwell Service Group. The lady that answered the phone was very pleasant and accommodating. Abe their service technician traveled to our facility, did a thorough inspection and evaluation of the failed unit. Customer service too rude and racist.
They are a great, honest company. I called for service during a huge heat wave and they were completely upfront that they were booked for the next day or two but offered overtime service. They even told me they understand if I needed to call another company to see if they could come out quicker. Other companies strung me along waiting for someone who never showed. I explained my situation and they were able to fit me in the next day. The service technician was very knowledgeable and they had me up and running that day. This ... read more
