Nathan is the best, we had lived in our house almost 25 years. He was able to get our house sold so that we could buy our new one, but most importantly to us, he was able to get us extra time for moving. Which gave us more time to go through things and sort out stuff we didn't need (or remember we had) anymore and save the keepsakes. Nathan was absolutely awesome helping me to sell. When my father passed away I had to sell my home, I tried to go through the probate process but I didn’t get anywhere and had no clue what to do. I called Nathan and explained my situation, he said it wouldn’t be a problem and he could help. He found an attorney and handled the whole thing for me, I never had to lift a finger throughout the whole process.
