Now, for a first time I see this reply from you. My big apologies that I offered our help. No more any offers to you from me. But our door always opened for you.
Felipe is great. We moved in top of the year and despite it being the holidays and having several other move-ins to arrange he has been super present, responsive, and quick to fix any issues that have come up. We are grateful to have a property manager as willing to help as him!
Felipe was very professional and easy to work with. Overall a pleasant experience! His communication is great and he made the process of moving in painless.
I just moved in to my new rental with my family and Felipe was able to make the experience happen fast and hassle free. Application Process was smooth and I had direct contact with him at all times so that any question I had would get answered on the spot. He was punctual every time we met and very straight forward. Professional experience and 10/10 recommend!
Felipe is fantastic! Great communicator, and made sure all needs were met. Easiest and best leasing process I've had in LA. Would 100% recommend!
