We rented from Maxwell Property. Our first meeting wasn't very nice, but I rented from him anyway because we just sold our home and we needed to find a place fast. The house worked well for us and our dogs. However, when it was time to move out, he shorted us on our deposit. He took every opportunity to make a buck. Horrible. Would not recommend. Will spin anything into benefiting himself. The tenants he had for us were a nightmare. Look elsewhere.
ZERO STARS. Very unprofessional! I missed out on a rental opportunity because Thompson would not take my calls. I simply wanted to schedule a viewing. I texted first as he requests on his voicemail" I won't respond to any voicemail"- after numerous unnecessary drawn out texts that led nowhere he said he didn't have time and would call me back later- he didn't. When he FINALLY took my call (after another 10 tries) he said the rental was taken and blamed it on me for not being proactive enough!
Thompson is an amazing and experienced property manager, he has managed our property for two years now and we have nothing but great things to say about his management. He is responsive and knowledgeable in his field. Thompson has made renting our home a stress free experience!
