Awful and disrespectful to good tenants who treat the property as if it were their own. RUN from this property management company. Tried to make a move out EASIER on them by going the extra mile and we were met with a $1,000 bill for a $40 can of paint. They missed how beautiful we left it and only focused on taking money where they desperately could find it. In good faith we left a nice washer and dryer set for the next tenants (over $2k). Don't go there, and knock on the little building, the guys that lives there is crazy. He about attacked us.
They are always available if you have a question about your rental unit or the fees, etc.
