Dishonest. I have filed a complaint with the city and RECA. NO- the HUGE 4FT X 4FT sign is still on the fence. It is illegal to post ADVERTISING signs on any fence facing a public land. Your MAXWELL POLARIS signs are NOT - FOR SALE LISTINGS, they are unwanted advertising. Jarnail Bhatti, Polaris agent, has signs posted on fences facing public property, which is illegal. Your agents should pay for advertising like all other RE Agents!
I had a bad experience with Maxwell company. The representative is not professional. Don’t keep your information confidential. Don’t sticked on their own wording. Don’t trust worthy don’t do anything deal verbally. One of the team realtor have done fraud with us to make the money which will gonna affect the company reputation. Not sure how, as I have certainly never hired Maxwell Polaris Realty or Eric Beaverford for a real estate transaction but, they have the address of a property i own and my cell number. That information is not just posted publicly... perhaps they are using confidential MLS information inappropriately? Either way, Eric Beaverford, a realtor who's conduct is the responsibility of this brokerage, is texting my cell number out of the blue, unsolicited. I recently had the worst experience with maxwell polaris . i used this realtor sell my homes before same lady was good expierence . But this time she got under the table tradesman and did some electrical work at my house under the table on her end . no invoice for work done . she said would save me money but i was expecting an invoice for repair done in case of liabilities as i said this to her . she said well if anything happens she said go to your insurance . omg so i said my claim my money and my deductable and what if th... read more
