Paid deposit in April to purchase a business . Two weeks after told you can not buy. But till today still waiting your deposit. The reception Justine has very worst attitude did not want help at all. Please Justine change your attitude for your own benefits. I pray God bless you even you had very bad attitudes. If we have other options in changing their service do NOT deal with this MaxWell. My advice to all you kind business people. Do not do any business with them MaxWell is the WORST business Practices. Can not be trust. Your firm and agent are not follow city laws. Your Jarnail Bhatt advertising signs were not removed.
Brokerage has an agent called Kim Lilo who can not be trusted; she sold her home to us with knowledge of extensive water damage. There was some evidence of it in a listing photo, when I asked her about it not being there anymore in the home she told me that they fixed it and there would be no further issues. Turns out they just fixed the evidence of the damage and not the damage it self. $20,000 repair bill later and she would not do anything to rectify her blatant coverup of a bigger issue; and forced us to use a lawyer to ... read more
