Your agent and firm are Dishonest. Buy a house from a company that does not know city bylaws? The signs were not removed. The HUGE signs with the agents face are still on fences facing public property and private homes. We do not want to look at that huge face & advertising on our streets. It is illegal to post such advertising signs. Your Maxwell Polaris signs are not for a listings. Jarnail Bhatti, has posted these illegally.
I had to drop a check off here as a buyer for one of the properties they are selling. But come on the make you use a front entrance and after snow the have not shoveled or plowed anything. Great I drove 1 hour here and now I have to drive 1 hour with wet feet. Not cool guys, literally would take you ten minutes to shovel the walk way or have someone come do the parking lot and walkway. I as a seller had most unpleasant experience with Terry Taschuk and Eric Beaverford. This agents are very unprofessional when listing property be aware of hidden charges they sneak in to if you want to cancell listings . They only list your house giving empty promises and do nothing but just waiting for other agents to sell or do the showings.
