It is illegal to post advertising signs on a fence facing public land. Your Maxwell Polaris signs are not - for sale signs, not a listings. Jarnail Bhatti, has posted these illegally.
Dishonest. We have filed a complaint with the RECA. No- the HUGE 4FT X 4FT sign is still on the fence. It is illegal to post Advertising signs on a fence facing public land. Your Maxwell Polaris signs are not - FOR SALE SIGNS, not a listings, they are unwanted advertising we have to look at. Jarnail Bhatti, Polaris agent, has signs posted on fences facing public property which is illegal. Your agents should pay for advertising like all other RE Agents!
