Maxwell can often be seen same day or same week, which I appreciated for over 10 years. My health issues became very complicated after a car accident. He had my blood tested and checked my thyroid when I would come in concerned. He wrote referrals sometimes. Sometimes there was no follow through despite life-threatening blood sugar levels and chronic low blood pressure and many other symptoms. Dr. Mark has been our trusted family physician for decades over seeing the health of three generations of the family. Good people doing great work.
Excellent Doctor but he's about to lose a patient ( and presumably many others) due to the rudeness and lack of assistance from his receptionist concerning insurance.
Dr Maxwell has been my doctor for many years. He and his staff have always been very knowledgeable and professional. They also respond very quickly when I need a question answered either by phone or the portal.
My family has been with this MD for over a decade and up until a this year we didn't have any issues. Up until I got routine blood work done and then a couple weeks later i got a phone call from Arizona Oncology asking me when I would like to an appointment regarding my bloodwork. I was thoroughly confused as they told me that Mark Maxwell referred me but this was news to me and scared me to death thinking that my blood results must have been really bad. I had no explanation.
