Black mold infested bathroom. I got sick and was forced to move out in Oct 2021. Unit was filthy when I moved in 2019. I was paying $1170 for 1 bedroom downstairs by the school playground. You can hear upstairs neighbors walking, stomping, and children playing at all hours of the day. extremely noisy environment. You can smell the Applebee’s dumpster. If you are looking for a lowkey place, this complex is not bad at all. Price is reasonable due to not having amenities that some other complexes offer. The apartments are not bad and they are taking care of them, however, appliances could use upgrading. The maintenance guy is nice guy and he's very responsive, friendly, and respectful. The manager lacks professionalism and does not know how to communicate w/people. She sends out wrong email/text communications to the tenants. Fairly nice small apt.complex of 4 bldgs. Decent 2 bedroom for less than others but that's due to no amenities and low end appliances, but they do pay for water and trash/sewage. No microwave. Closet doors loose and always came off Good heating but the summer is unbearable. Oregon doesn't believe in A/C. Quiet and landscape taken care of. No manager on site, you have to call.
