I cannot say enough good things about Maxwel-Kates and the team. My experience was truly excellent from start to finish. I worked mostly with Jenny, and she was absolutely outstanding. She is professional, knowledgeable, responsive and genuinely caring. what stood out most was her integrity, she always followed through on what she said, which meant so much to me. She turned what could have been a very stressful situation into something very easy. I am incredibly grateful. Thank you Jenny and Maxwell-Kates.

I don't know where to start. But I would suggest any co-op board in the city who is in the market for a building manager to RUN, not walk, away from Maxwell Kates. I could go on and on about the mismanagement - the constant turnover of property managers assigned to our building since they started, the complete lack of bedside manner when they make enormous errors, etc. but I would be writing far too much here. I had the pleasure of interacting with Jenna R. today. I was instantly blown away by her kindness and professionalism. Not only did she answer my call on her lunch hour (which would not have been expected), but even though she wasn't the Assistant Property Manager that I needed to speak with for our building, she promised to find out who that person was and to call me back. SCAM ALERT - DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR MONEY!!!!!! I Attempted to rent an apartment they manage, I was charged a $1067 HOLD for the application , the closing manager gave me and my agent the run around for 2 months stating I did not complete forms. My agent asked for what was missing more than once.
