on Oct 14th 20025, I had notified maintenance of a leak in my bathroom at my apt 392 Maryland Ave, Staten Island,N.Y. Unforuntley, Maxwell-Kates has a history of employing sub-par workers in the maintenance dept. Not only couldn’t the super handle a severe leak, after expressing my concerns. Unfortunately my experience with the Maxwell Kates has been really poor. I recently had a pest infestation. The pests were coming from beneath my floorboards due to a leak that had occurred prior to me moving in. I asked the the Maxwell Kate staff in my building for help and they were slow to respond, dismissive and provided useless guidance.

A few weeks ago, I decided that I had to make my way to your head office. My only intent was to confront an employee and to simply ask her, why the back and forth?why the delay in communication? Why did she fail to submit my paperwork to the board in a timely manner, causing me to have to resubmit my paper work mutiple times? Instead I met a Mr. Marks, who listened to me, he expressed genuine concern and even apologized for my treatment and experience from the employee.
