Never answers the phone at all
If I could give one star I would. They never answer phone calls and all calls go straight to voicemail. How can a person get in touch with their property manager if they literally NEVER answer the phone? Unconscionable. Edit: lol. Is their answer a joke? The number is not in service.

on Oct 14th 20025, I had notified maintenance of a leak in my bathroom at my apt 392 Maryland Ave, Staten Island,N.Y. Unforuntley, Maxwell-Kates has a history of employing sub-par workers in the maintenance dept. Not only couldn’t the super handle a severe leak, after expressing my concerns. Unfortunately my experience with the Maxwell Kates has been really poor. I recently had a pest infestation. The pests were coming from beneath my floorboards due to a leak that had occurred prior to me moving in. I asked the the Maxwell Kate staff in my building for help and they were slow to respond, dismissive and provided useless guidance.
