Worst service I have ever had in 30 years with Allstate. Barbara is the most unprofessional and condescending person I have encountered in Tx. I almost dropped Allstate completely because of her repeated phone calls to try and get me to sign up for a program they had previously offered, but I had declined wanting more info with Cynthia two weeks prior.
