Door is locked and you have yo call to be let inside. Nowhere else I know does this. Plus I always have to wait way past my appointment time. Unacceptable
Great eye doctor very thorough. Will definitely be a return. Customer and the Walmart Eye Center was also great.
Terrible service. Took multiple appointments to get my contacts prescription right. Now they refuse to give me my prescription even though it's been less than a year. Which is illegal! They are supposed to provide you with your script anytime within a year.
