Barry was the selling realtor on a rental deal I was working on. Unfortunately he was very difficult to get a hold of and had terrible communication with our realtor and us. He was bad at responding to us and providing us documents required by the bank. This in turn caused us to not meet requirements by the required time as the bank needed those documents to approve financing.
