I was very disappointed with the level of service provided by Elena Stepanenko. Throughout the showing, she offered no explanations about the unit, did not answer questions clearly, and showed a lack of engagement. It felt like she had no interest in helping us understand the property. Given her years of experience, I expected a far more professional and respectful approach. I do not feel comfortable recommending her services based on this experience.
