I rented under Elena Stepanenko’s property management for three years, and my experience was consistently frustrating. Communication was almost nonexistent, with calls and emails often going unanswered. This made even basic issues unnecessarily difficult to resolve. Very unprofessional experience with Yang Li. Communication was inconsistent, dismissive, and lacked accountability throughout. Concerns were not handled appropriately, and responsibility was avoided rather than addressed. Overall, this did not reflect the level of professionalism expected from a property manager or realtor.

I have had the privilege to know Tracey Khan for the past 5 years. She is an expert in her field and is extremely professional along with being kind and empathetic. As a landlord I have many examples of her going above and beyond and always finding us a suitable tenant! Tracey is always on top of her game and takes care of all the little details, even down to move-in/move-out procedures. I would hands down recommend her to anyone looking for a property manager!
