What a joke of a business and wish I could review no stars. I arrive almost 30 min early for my appointment and ask the unfriendly receptionist to make a copy of my secondary medical card since that was the only thing I didn't complete on the online registration. She says we will get that info when your name is called. OK, now 30 minutes AFTER my appointment time, they tell me they can't find any online registration (even though I have a picture of completion) and that fill ALL the forms out again or there will be further... read more
Disappointed, sent them an email with a general question for my sister whom I wanted to get an exam for here however, I guess business is good because I got no response.
I just returned from my appointment with Dr. Rockman at Frantz eyecare and couldn't be more pleased. The staff are kind and caring. Lessie in particular was very easy to work with and did a fine job.

If I could leave no stars I would. Very disappointed in their customer service. I had an appointment in the fort myers office and I called to inquire about the mask requirements because I cannot wear one due to health issues. When she said I would have to wear a mask in Fort Myers but not in Lehigh Acres. She proceeded to tell me there was cancellation in Lehigh so I made the appointment took off work and had my fiancé take off to drive me.
