Maxwell staff, including the nice secretary, Nikki, were all just great to work with. My estimate was very fair and I enjoyed the whole experience even though I had dreaded having to put in new flooring. The men worked hard and cleaned up after the job was done. The installation was a nightmare. The salesman miscalculated the square footage even having all the numbers I gave him for a competitors bid. The salesman was forgetful on his promises. We had severe damage to our railings, walls and front deck. There was incomplete work even after they were sent back. It cost several thousand dollars to fix.
