I have experienced multiple disappointing encounters with Ms. Andrea Maxwell on several occasions. While I prefer not to elaborate extensively, I will mention that, as someone prone to overthinking, I initially chose to give her another chance. I really like her. Saw her years ago with some neck issues and today for some lower back issues. She was friendly and thorough with her exam. Identified the issue and came up with a conservative plan to deal with it. I would most certainly see her again.
After my C6 disc replacement and fusion I had a fallow up with PA Andrea Maxwell. She took x rays and reported my fusion had failed and I need a bone stimulator. I at that point requested a CT be taken to be sure. The CT revealed that I did have a full fusion and did not need any extra bone stimulation. My fallow up for the CT, she did not have an explanation as to why she didn’t order the CT to begin with and why she jumped to the mis diagnosis of failed fusion other than she made a mistake. ……..
