I recently refinanced my house with Ocean First Bank and they selected MaxVantage to conduct my appraisal. The appraisal was performed by Gary Turner. Mr. Turner showed up at my house 30 minutes late. I had to call him to find out he would be late. He walked thru my house in a few minutes and said he was done. I told him a house four house from mine sold just a few months ago and if he could use that home as one of the comps. My appraisal cost me 635.00 and came is very low.
