Competitive pricing, Steve is very pleasant to work with. I replaced my ac unit and furnace. Would not give 5/5 only because of the inconvenience caused towards the end when they accidentally hit the copper pipe when placing the humidifier sensor. They did replace the copper pipe, however in the process there was also a crack on my irrigation brass pipe which was definitely not there before. They did not replace that or compensate for that which was disappointing.
I found out about this company from a relative who worked with them in the past who said they do honest and efficient work at a reasonable price, and that’s exactly what they did. Had a very old outdoor AC unit that was 30+ years and when it finally decided to stop working in the summer time I thought it was time to replace as I had always wanted to.
