Cleaning was quick and seemed good initially, but the carpet smelled terrible again once dry. I paid nearly $300 for the extra clean service and it simply didn’t work. The guy should have recommended a deep clean or something else. Tried to reach them multiple times about getting a credit toward a deeper clean, but couldn’t get a hold of them. Would not recommend the service.
Super satisfied with the results. Got my rugs delivered and after unrolling, I got surprised with how they look after the clean. Neat and fresh as expected. Thank you Max and team.
Rug cleaning done right thanks to the techs of this company. Their service was really impressive seeing that my rug which looked really wasted and ruined came back looking better than ever. If I ever get dirty rugs again, I’d totally send them here for cleaning.
