Living in Costa Mesa, we spend a lot of time going in and out of the house, especially during the warmer months. My area rug had collected plenty of dirt and foot traffic over the years. Max's team gave it a deep cleaning that made a noticeable difference. The colors look brighter and the rug feels much cleaner underfoot.
These rug professionals treated the rug with care and explained everything clearly. The rug came back looking fantastic and I could tell they took the job seriously.
I'm really happy with the work Max's Rug Cleaning provided. The rugs smelled fresh and felt much softer afterward.
Overall, customers had a very positive experience with Max's. The turnaround time was reasonable, they communicated with customers, and the rugs were very clean after the cleaning process. While the deep stains on the rugs were still somewhat noticeable, the rugs were significantly cleaner after the carpet cleaning service visited the home.
Max’s Rug Cleaning in Costa Mesa really exceeded my expectations. My rug had pet hair and stains that I couldn’t remove, but they took care of it quickly. They provided a convenient pickup and delivery service, and when I got the rug back, it was fresh and soft. I’m definitely going to be using their area rug cleaning service again.
