I went into Max's and was greeted with by their friendly staff. It hasn't changed since Kathy, the previous owner left and sold the business. I enjoy dealing with them and they seem like family now. They know my name and have been EXTREMELY helpful in all my mailing needs.

Always helpful and courteous, Max's EZ Mail handles my business mail and packages (incoming and outgoing). Kathy, the owner, takes great pride in her business and employees. Do not go here! Very rude service. I was in here 2x for fingerprinting services, and the whole experience from start to finish was unpleasant the first time, and HORRIBLY rude the 2nd. I dont know what was wrong with the lady behind the counter, but she was more fit for a farm, then customer service. It was so bad, that rather than simply return to my car and retrieve what I needed, I came home scheduled another appointment for same services elsewhere tomorrow. Stay Away!

What a great place to ship packages. No lines and eager to help. Unlike the Post Office, it is a very friendly place and the employees seem like they want to help you. Plus, I am in the military so I received a discount. They also have other services like shredding and notary service so I will be back.

I was delayed by traffic one evening and needed a notary so I could attend an important meeting the next morning. I called to tell them I was coming and they waited on me for almost an hour so I could get it done. They didnt charge extra and were extremely nice. I have since shipped items through them and they have always been very helpful. I recommend them to everyone. It is nice to have a company go out of their way to do business.
