Great front desk staff. Super nice and helpful
Since they switched to a foreign company to answer phones and changed my account. I have for almost a year no access by phone or PC. You call it takes sometimes 20 minutes with poor English speaking people to get help. Now they ask for PIN numbers besides passwords, but it shows no place to start a PIN number. I have been a customer for 40 years. I will pull my money. Get a company which has native speaking Americans. And give me easy access to my account. This is not a one time complained but 40 of them.
For the years I have used them, navigation on their website has been difficult. With What I understand is their new system, it has only gotten worse. I have found myself unable to close a few of my mutual funds. Even their telephone associates have struggled to assist me, though we finally sorted it out.
