I have been a customer with "Bob" the owner of MaxQ Fitness for more than a year now. Before this, I have tried several diets methods and gyms trying to lose the baby weight that I got after delivering. With MaxQ I am healthier, happier, less weight and fat, gained more muscles. I go there religiously once a week now just to maintain my results. I used to go twice a week with strict diet, mainly protein. Highly recommend it. For all ages. You wont regret the experience if you commit to it.
