Amazing customer service. First time ever walking in the store and you would have thought I was a long term, repeate customer. Would not hesitate to take any other watch or piece of jewelry to them and their work is exactly what you'd expect of a establishment of their caliber.
Took a pearl necklace that had been my mother's, r.i.p. that I found & needed restrung. I was asking questions about the pearls and the care of... Long story short , after restringing and selecting a new white gold clasp it was approximately $300, No prob. AFTER paying & picking up, getting home with it, I saw printed out on receipt , " Vintage simulated pearl like necklace" w.t.f. , why not disclose that when I brought it in asking about it, Falsely made me to believe they were actual pearls worthy of restringing & repair. ... read more
