This company is about efficiency. I had a delivery at two locations for them, they received both at the same location. This saved me time and money.
We purchased a MaxMark home approximately 18 months ago. The home we purchased was almost completely built as an intended model home. At our initial walkthrough prior to closing, we were told the house had a 12-month warranty and that we would have another walkthrough 30 days after closing and another a year later to address any problems or issues that came up.
