So, I had a minor/major hiccup with my order. I sent a message this morning to the sales department email I found on the website. Kris quickly responded to my email about my concern. Then.... Let me tell you what happened..... Not only did Kris exceed my customer expectations, but he completely blew it out of the water. This is, hands down, the BEST customer service I've ever been given. I was looking into updating 74 Bronco transmission from 3 speed automatic to 5 speed manual and I contacted Eric and he explained different options that would work. He put me in touch with Alex and we discussed timing of project and what parts would be needed and sent updates and pictures of progress. Tara and Paige made getting Bronco picked up and delivered back once project was completed hassle free for me, all i had to do was confirm when i would be home.
