Maxlawn advertises on Yelp and BBB as serving Middleburg, FL. I called today to have them do lawn and pest service at a home in Middleburg. The person that answered told me that they do not service Middleburg.
A relative has had a similar experience to previous customers. They liked them for years, but recently the "work" severely declined to where the lawn gets worse after treatment. The lawn is burned with dead brown patches everywhere. Something has changed, do not recommend.
Something changed over the past year. Maxlawn was a good company at one time, but recently the quality of both product and service have gone down. My lawn began to deteriorate very quickly after my last treatment as if the technician misapplied the chemicals used. My lawn has dollarweed and brown patches as if it was burned. After contacting Maxlawn to come out to retreat, it took them 8 days and an additional phone call for them to come out. Maxlawn was recommended to me by a landscaper 3 yrs ago. I have had lawn service from 3 other companies in the past and was disappointed. Maxlawn has done a wonderful job of keeping my lawn beautiful and the staff are pleasant, friendly and helpful. I recommend this company.
We started our service with Maxlawn about a month ago and our yard has never looked better! It was looking pretty rough and some friends of ours told us to contact Maxlawn. Within the month our yard has gone from brown to a beautiful green! Everyone we have spoken with is so nice and friendly! Wish we had found out about them sooner! Definitely a customer for life! I promise you will not be disappointed!
Be wary of this company. Technicians do not provide the work the company has been contracted to perform. Most homes now have cameras. The Owner claims a technician did work in accordance with the contract, but when the video footage of them never stepping on your property to do the work is alarming when the Owner doesn't agree with the evidence. I have been doing business with this company for over 20 yrs! My lawn always looks amazing and their customer service is excellent too! The owner personally makes service calls to my house if I ever have issues that require his expertise to address. I highly recommend Maxlawn and appreciate the deep knowledge and expertise they have in the industry and wouldn?t have the gorgeous lawn I do without their partnership and commitment!
